Property Management

You will be responsible for maintenance and operations of properties managed by Savills Group of Companies in Malaysia.    

You will assist in the maintenance and operations of properties managed by Savills Group of Companies in Malaysia.    

You will be responsible in monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.

You will be responsible to assist the HOD in documentation review, proposals and contract preparation and participate in business planning.

You will be responsible to direct, plan and coordinate activities, as well as spend time supervising employees. 

You will be responsible to initiate and manage entire process needed to acquire, extend, renew, terminate or dispose of entire AP plus lease agreements.

You will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of lease administration services including the establishment and ongoing management of an accurate lease database to support delivery of RE strategy.

You will be responsible for financial analysis including business case preparation.

You will be responsible to provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities which includes peparing, recommending, and implementing a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for lease renewal and disposing of real estate properties.

You will be responsible in managing the post-acquisition and pre-construction permitting program of the land permitting stages.
