Katie has been working for Savills since January 2016, specialising in residential lettings within prime central London.
Katie has 10 years experience in the industry and having worked in various locations in London she prides herself in having a broad understanding of the London market.
Katie started her lettings career in Battersea in 2010. After exploring the central market in Chelsea and Notting Hill Katie returned to Battersea to assist with managing a large lettings office in 2012. Katie then went on to open a new office in Battersea Park before joining Savills in Richmond, shortly after joining Katie moved to our Earls Court office to oversee the Lettings Department and is now Head of Mayfair & St. James's Lettings. Prior to her career in property, Katie studied in Melbourne, Australia.

As head of residential lettings, Katie has overseen the management of Hesper’s rental properties for the last two and a half years. Always smartly dressed, she combines a friendly manner with a quick grasp of finer details and smooth negotiating skills. Some tenants can be quite demanding, but she was unfailingly tactful and diplomatic. She holds the Hesper line in a good-natured way while offering a middle-ground solution which satisfies the tenant. I have, on several occasions, been very grateful for the efficient way she achieves this.
